Immaculata provides a variety of conference and meeting rooms for hosting your seminar, educational program, retreat or event.
Conference Rooms
Our main Conference Hall features seating for 125, fully integrated audio-visual capabilities (including digital projection and a high speed connection to the internet), and a full-service snack bar with an ample adjacent snacking area.
Our secondary Conference Hall will seat up to 80 people; it features integrated audio capabilities and portable digital projection – including a high speed connection to the internet. It has a fully stocked, built-in snacking counter with refrigeration and microwaving appliances.
A third Conference Room can accommodate some 75 people. It is oval shaped and can be completely darkened and thus ideally suited to a variety of audio-visual presentations. It too features integrated audio capabilities and portable digital projection equipment (including a high speed connection to the internet). This room has a fully stocked rolling snack bar.
